Paula Patton

Paula Patton was born in Los Angeles, California to a middle class family. When she was a kid she was a dreamer. Her best-known roles include the drama Precious along with Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. At the age of a girl her mother raised her in the Los Angeles middle-class household. Instilling a passion for film in her daughter was a skill she received from her mother who also loved watching movies. Paula was a participant in co-curricular programs at her school, and she was an avid drama fan. She was a stage actress who enjoyed performing in productions with her peers. After performing in a variety of high school productions at Hamilton Magnet Arts High School, she decided to make acting her profession. She was in at the prestigious University of Southern California's summer camp, and loved greatly. She was assigned a 3 month assignment to make documentary films for PBS. She started her career as a television production assistant when she completed the three-month project. After that, she started producing documentaries. While she enjoyed working in the field, she wanted to become an actor. Her acting journey began with a small role in the film romantic comedy Hitch, alongside Will Smith. Since then, she has appeared in a number of famous television and film productions.
